Warranty
New hardware
and related components are warranted for a period of 1 year (valid
Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM excluding holidays from the installation date
unless otherwise specified on the proposal. An extended service
agreement is available after the 1 year has expired.
The warranty
on hardware includes replacement of defective parts, labor to install,
and travel time to place the equipment in proper use for the above-mentioned
time period. MHz Solutionz does not warranty any equipment supplied
by the customer. If any equipment supplied by the customer causes
any type of malfunction or any hardware or software damage to the
system or to any equipment supplied by MHz Solutionz neither MHz
Solutionz nor the manufacturer is under any obligation to warranty,
replace or service free of charge any part of the damaged equipment
or system operations affected.
The software
warranty covers minor adjustments for a period of 45 days unless
otherwise specified on the proposal. Specific software will be warranted
to perform the functions outlined on the program guidelines unless
otherwise specified in the proposal.
Damage by negligence
or a third party is not covered under the manufacturer’s or
MHz Solutionz warranties. Electronic equipment extended warranties
are available for all products, including software provided by MHz
Solutionz. The customer may choose agreements that cover periods
from normal daytime operating hours to full twenty-four hour coverage.
Special quotes will be provided for coverage outside normal operating
hours.
MHz Solutionz
monitors a 24-hour emergency pager for emergency after hour’s
calls. Call not covered by maintenance agreements are billed to
the user by hourly rates payable upon receipt of services rendered.
A 24-hour / 7-day a week emergency help desk support line is available
on a yearly basis for an additional charge. MHz Solutionz also offers
a 24-hour / 7 day a week phone support service at no charge after
the above mentioned warranties have expired, and the contract has
been renewed.
We are firmly
convinced that our service and support is the best in our market
place. We will provide references upon request. Our goal is to supply
our customers not only with the point of sale system, but to build
a relationship as your total technology provider.
